What is Umbraco CMS?

When people think of content management systems and blogging platforms the more popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla and Drupal come to mind. These are good platforms but they aren't the only good CMS choices available. We work with WordPress, Joomla and Drupal but we also REALLY like a .NET open source CMS named Umbraco.
